TOTAL ION CHROMATOGRAM OF BRAIN TISSUE FROM FIRE VICTIM

2.01g of brain tissue from a fire victim was extracted by headspace and analysed by gas chromatography/ion-trap detection. No peaks with reference to inhaled fire gases are spotted.

More detailed information can, however, be obtained if you reconstruct the mass chromatogram with two single ions and the sum of two ions selected among the 213 registred ones in the total ion current.
