Posters:

v For those who want to present posters – The topic must be sent along with registration form , on a white paper they should specify the area required for poster and materials required , where you want paste over like Wall, Board, Cloth , Bell pins etc, You should bring your own glue ,plasters, stickers for pasting the posters.

Oral Presentation:

v Abstract should be less than 250 words , to be sent to this office before 31^st October 2010. Along with a Soft copy of the Topic of presentation, Topic must be typed in M.S.Office doc. file( Word 97-2003 document). another copy on C.D( in m.s.word only ).

v The Presenting author must be a Registered Delegate.

Font: Times New Roman, in font size “10”, Text to be written in A4 size, in the specified format only,

Time limitation for oral presentation is for 8 mts,2 mts for discussion , a total of 10 mts duration.
